Google Admin console
The Google Admin console is used to set up an organizational unit,
users, and to configure Parallels Desktop related properties. To
perform these tasks, you must be a super admin or an admin with
sufficient privileges in the Google Admin console.

can be acquired either with Chrome Enterprise devices or

Microsoft Windows
To prepare a Parallels Desktop Windows image to be deployed on
Chromebooks, you need a Windows 10 disc image (ISO file) and a
Windows license. The ISO image can be downloaded from the Microsoft
website. Enterprise customers can use their existing Windows
licenses and agreement with Microsoft.
Corporate storage server
To deploy a Windows virtual machine image on user devices, you need a
corporate storage server from where the image can be downloaded to
individual Chromebooks in your organization via HTTP or HTTPS.
CDN is recommended for very large deployments.
